Ask for a demolition site visit in Round Rock or Austin
The fastest route to a real number is a short message with the right details. Tell us where the property is and what needs to come down, and the request goes to a demolition contractor working in Central Texas, who will reply to set up a walk-through.
Reach out by email
Write to the address below with as much of the information listed further down as you have on hand. Partial answers are fine; the contractor will fill gaps during the visit.
What to include in your message
- The street address, or the nearest cross street if the lot has no number yet.
- What is coming down: the whole house, a detached garage or shed, a pool, rooms inside the house, or a driveway or slab.
- Roughly when the house or structure was built, if you know.
- Anything that must stay: trees, a fence, a driveway, a neighbor's wall.
- Whether an asbestos survey has already been done, and whether the utilities are still connected.
- Any date you are working toward, such as a closing, a builder's start or a city deadline.
- Photos of the front from the street, the backyard, and the path a truck would take to get in.
Why photos and a little history help
A demolition price depends heavily on things that are easy to see and hard to describe. A picture of the driveway shows whether a large truck can back in or whether debris has to be carried out to the street. A shot of the backyard shows the trees, the fence and whatever else sits in the way. The age of the house hints at whether an asbestos survey is likely to turn something up, and whether the paint may contain lead. With that in hand, the first conversation can skip the basics and go straight to the questions that matter for your lot.
What happens after you send it
Your message is passed to the contractor, who will get back to you to ask questions and pick a day to come out. On site they will look at the structure, the access, the ground and the trees, and talk through the permit and environmental steps that apply. A written proposal follows, covering scope, exclusions and price. Nothing is committed until you sign it.
Round Rock Demo is a referral site owned by a marketing company, not a demolition contractor. The contractor you speak with sets the scope, the schedule and the cost. If you want to read up first, the services overview explains each kind of job, and the area pages cover local conditions in Austin, Pflugerville, Georgetown and Cedar Park.
